Directly from diamond suppliers and manufacturers — their CSV, API, and spreadsheet feeds — ingested and reconciled into one canonical schema with freshness tracking.
How fresh is the inventory?
Feeds are ingested continuously and every record carries a last-seen timestamp, so you always know how current a listing and its price are.
Is it really lab-grown only?
Yes — by design. Lab-grown pricing is volatile and has no benchmark, which is exactly where aggregation and price discovery create the most value.
Do you take possession of the stones?
No. StoneOS is the data and sourcing layer — you transact, we facilitate. Sourcing an order locks the supplier price and routes it through a defined lifecycle.
What does it cost to source an order?
A flat 5% platform fee, shown explicitly on every quote before you commit. No hidden markups on the underlying supplier price.
API or terminal — do I have to pick?
